Forex Practice Account

You should consider setting up a dummy account.  This is where you can test what you need to do.  You should not spend money on something, which you have not tested before.

Start Small

Start small at first.  You should start trading with a smaller amount of money as when you invest a lot of money you stand the chance of loosing it all, whereas if you invest small you will not loose as much if the market falls.  Do not get greedy or take too many chances, as it might cost you in the end.

Be Realistic

You need to be realistic.  In the Forex market, you can make money and the difficult economic times will not influence your profits.  Very often, the market will rise and it will fall, but regardless of that, you can still make money. 

There is a trick though, and you need to make sure that you are trading in such a way that you win money more than loosing money.  Trading does not mean that you will get rich quickly and it is no swindle. 

When you trade with Forex you will make money, but you need to be realistic about the goals you set yourself.  It will take you a while before you can reach the goals you set for yourself.  Keep calm at all times.

Find a Forex Mentor

A mentor can give you the best Forex trading advice.  Many people are scared to ask people to be their mentor, but this could be your secret weapon for riches.  Try and find a mentor in your geographical area if possible, so you could meet with them in person every once in a while.

Before setting up an agreement with your mentor for Forex trading advice, be clear on what you want out of the relationship.
